Frequently asked Questions
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Shipping times vary based on your location, but generally fall between 2–5 working days. Major metro areas often receive parcels faster, while rural deliveries may take a day or two longer.
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, in original condition, and has its tags attached. Exchanges are subject to availability. To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at laffiesgearshop@gmail.com
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us immediately with your order number and correct address. We’ll update it before dispatch. Once an order has shipped, we cannot reroute it.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can use that link to track your parcel in real time. If you haven’t received it, check your spam folder or contact us.

Notify us immediately via WhatsApp or email. If the order hasn’t left our premises, we can update it. If already dispatched, we’ll contact the courier to request a redirect, but this is not guaranteed.
Currently, we only ship within South Africa. If you’re interested in international delivery, please email us—we may be able to arrange it as a custom order.
Wherever possible, we consolidate all your items into a single package. However, in cases where products come from different warehouses, you may receive multiple parcels. You’ll get tracking info for each.
