- Delivery Times:
- Major centres: 1–3 working days.
- Outlying areas: 3–5 working days.
- Delivery Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, based on your location and parcel size/weight.
Order Processing
- Cut-off time: Orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) are processed the same day. Orders placed after cut-off are processed the next working day.
- Weekends & Public Holidays: Orders placed over weekends or on public holidays will be processed the following working day.
- Stock Availability: If an item is out of stock, we’ll contact you directly to arrange a replacement, backorder, or refund.
