Orders and Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes between 2–5 working days, depending on your location. If you’re in a major metro area, expect faster delivery.

Click the “Account” icon at the top right of the page, then select “Register.” Fill in your details, and you’ll receive an email confirmation. Having an account makes checkout faster and allows you to track orders easily.

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible via WhatsApp or email. If it has already been dispatched, we’ll try rerouting through the courier, but it’s not guaranteed.

Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number and link to track it online. You can also check under “My Account” → “Orders” for the latest status updates.

No. We do not store credit card details. All payments are securely processed through PayFast or Mobicred. Your financial data is encrypted and never stored on our servers.

All prices on our site include VAT as required by South African law. There are no surprise costs added at checkout unless you select a premium delivery method.

At the moment, we only ship within South Africa. If you’d like to order from another country, contact us and we’ll try to assist with a custom solution.

We aim to ship all items together. However, if certain products are stocked at different warehouses, you may receive more than one parcel. You’ll get separate tracking numbers in that case.

Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns on unused items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in original packaging, unwashed, and undamaged. Clearance items are not eligible for return unless faulty.

Oops! If we sent the wrong size or product, let us know within 48 hours. We’ll cover the return and get the correct item to you ASAP.

Sorry about that! Send us photos of the item and packaging within 48 hours. We’ll assess and replace or refund the item as quickly as possible.

Once we’ve approved your return, we’ll provide the return address via email. We use a local Pretoria hub to keep things fast and cost-effective.

Contact us immediately. If your order hasn’t shipped, we’ll update the address. If it has shipped, we’ll try to reroute it but can’t guarantee delivery.

If your order hasn’t been processed, we’ll help you change or cancel it. Once it’s shipped, we’re unable to make changes.

Some high-demand products are available for pre-order. If not visible on the site, contact us directly to check availability or expected restock dates.
